Analysis and assessment of the current situation and identification of gaps in the fields of accessibility to and provision of emergency call response services to citizens, legal framework, human resources management and training, organizational, procedural, quality assurance and management, facility and ITC capacities of relevant emergency services, mission critical communication, connectivity with public telephone networks, eCall, “1-1-2” public awareness and other related fields, prepared ans submitted to the contracting authority

RESULT 2

Analysis and assessment of the current situation and identification of gaps in the field of disaster response, emergency management system, public warning and other related fields prepared and submitted to the contracting authority. This point shall include assessment of possible/potential relationships between Serbian “1-1-2” and emergency management systems and official European communications bodies and/or systems: ERCC (Emergency Response Coordination Centre), STESTA (Secure Trans European Services for Telematics between Administrations) and CECIS (Common Emergency Communication and Information System) prepared ans submitted to the contracting authority

RESULT 3

Reasoned and competent recommendations/guidelines/technical specifications based on an analysis and assessment of the current situation and on the assesssment and identification of the needs of the Beneficiary, that shall include the design of a cross organisational emergency support system in line with valid EU regulations and best practices across the world with all necessary elements such as identification of the relevant stakeholders and their role in the system, procedures for emergency call management, procedures for stakeholders response regarding emergency situation, etc. prepared and submitted to the contracting authority

Reasoned financial estimates for the implementation of the recommendations / guidelines / technical specifications prepared and submitted to the contracting authority

RESULT 5

Increased knowledge by the Beneficiary of different emergency call response organizations in different EU, EEA, candidate countries and/or Switzerland, that cover a territory and population similar to the Republic of Serbia, for representatives of Beneficiary institution and/or its partners carried out

RESULT 6

Increased preparedness of the Beneficiary for the implementation of a modern 112 system by creating the framework for increasing the adoption level of the 112 system and for advanced monitoring of the implementation of the future 112 system
